RAMS & RISK ASSESSED METHOD STATEMENTS

Designed to be easy to read and understand, these documents have passed strict HSE scrutiny and will ensure your employees work safely while complying with legal requirements. Most of the documents have been pre-written for you; simply make minor alterations to make each one site or task-specific as needed. We can also write bespoke one-off risk assessments or RAMS for you on request that will just need to be made site, job, or person-specific when you receive them. As with all risk assessments or method statements, they must be owned by the organisation or individual.

COSHH ASSESSMENTS

Hazardous materials must be accompanied by a manufacturer's safety data sheet or the much easier-to-read COSHH assessment. COSHH assessments are simple to write and easy to read while maintaining all the required health and safety information for those using a given product or material. We have a selection of pre-written COSHH assessments and a template that can be downloaded for you to write your own. As with the Risk Assessments and Method Statements, bespoke COSHH assessments can be written upon request.

PERMITS TO WORK

ACCIDENT & NEAR MISS REPORTING

POLICIES & CODES OF PRACTICE

A Health and Safety Policy is a legal requirement for any company that employs five people or more. We have developed a ready to go policy along with a full selection of other policies and codes of practice, to ensure that you are fully compliant with all legislation. Almost all of the work has been completed for you: all you need to do is fill in your company, name, and sign it, as well as making any amendments you wish, to personalise the document for each site.

TEMPLATES

We have a whole library of health and safety template documents which can be tailored to suit all of your safety needs. If you have the skills to send an email, then you have all the skills necessary to edit our templates without any graphic design experience or expert computer skills.

TRAINING

We offer training on all our products along with a full training package, including a reference manual to help educate across all levels of management in their legal responsibilities regarding health and safety.
